I sent this cake to my in laws as a thank you, and they received it today. I received a message from them saying it was wonderful, moist and melt-in-your-mouth.

This is the most delicious cake I have ever eaten. It's so moist and delicious. You really don't even need to blanket it with the icing, but it would be a crime not to enjoy the entire experience. Amazing, yummy, definitely gives me a reason to workout! I keep ordering the Key Lime Bundt cake over and over - and every time, it arrives moist and refreshing and great with a tall glass of milk! In fact, it has such a reputation in our home now, that I have to be the one to get it when it arrives or I else my family may eat it all by the time I get to it! Ok, unlike every one else, I have yet to get a hold of the "Key Lime cake". However, I saw it today on Oprah's favorite things,... and I am so tempted and excited. I just know as a cake lover, it looks great and I can't wait. I am heading to wholefood here in Miami, Florida this week and I will bring home my new bundle of joy. After which, I will steal away in my place of rest and enjoy what appears to be the best cake ever. I will come back again and share my experience....
