From start to finish, from customer service to ordering, from ordering to delivery...simply flawless.

The cake was used as a birthday cake for my boyfriend being he is a chocoholic and he went absolutely crazy for it. He loved the cake and the gesture. Thank you for contributing to an amazing day for everyone.

One final note, both my boyfriend and I are native south Floridians. So if anyone ordering is worried about your cakes arrival, don't. It was as if we had just picked it up right from the bakery.

Two Christmas' ago I gave my teenage son - who loves chocolate - this cake as a surprise Christmas gift. Today this cake remains a cherished memory for he and our family.

OMG!!! what a chocoholic dream, layers of delicious chocolate in every texture - soft, semi hard, hard, creamy - just simply delightful.

We enjoyed this cake so much that my colleagues and I fought over the crumbs, frosting left on the inside of the beautifully decoraged box and every other morsel.

Great cake! My friend sent one to my son while he was recuperating from surgery. The website warned that the chocolate curls might not arrive intact...they didn't and it didn't matter. Everything else was intact! Great packaging.

This is DEFINITELY A MUST for chocolate lovers. This a very dense, rich, chocolate packed cake that brings delight to the taste buds. If you are indulging after a meal...beware... don't take too much. A little goes a long way. Ask me how I know.

I live in Chicago and had this cake shipped to my sister in Florida for her birthday in hot, sticky July, The cake arrived via overnight shipping sometime on Friday to her front door. The problem was that she wasn't home when it was delivered, and she ended up coming home via the garage, bypassing the cake on the stoop at the front of her house. She hunkered down in the AC of her house for the rest of the day (it was really hot outside) and didn't discover the cake until the next morning when she went out for the paper. There the cake had sat, in the hot, hot, hot Florida sun for almost a day. When she discovered it, she was expecting to find a pool of chocolate in a pretty box. Instead, she found an ice-cold chocolate cake, with its gorgeous decorating perfectly intact! In fact, she had to let it thaw a bit before she and her family could eat it. Truly a treat for the chocaholic. This cake is very rich and tastes divine. It ships in dry ice so even down here in hot, hot, hot south Texas, it arrived and was perfect. I really had expected the frosting, at least, to have arrived a bit worse for the shipping and the heat, but it came out of its box and looks beautiful. I bought it to take to a party.
