The cake and icing is outstanding and pure perfection! We Take The Cake prepared our wedding cake in April 2005, with the fresh strawberry cake being the top portion of our cake, and since then we order it once a year to celebrate our anniversary. A friend sent me this cake for my birthday. It arrived perfectly packaged, perfectly cold and fresh. And it is THE BEST cake I have ever had! And I don't normally even like white chocolate! But the white chocolate flakes were just enough to blend perfectly with the cream cheese, the cake and the fabulous fresh strawberries. Absolute PERFECTION!
