Looks beautiful, but have never tried it. Next time I am in Ft. Laurderdale I'll have to pick one up. My daughts' favorite cake is chocolate, but cream cheese sounds good to me. I am planning my oldest daughter's 15th birthday party in October and we are looking for a three tier chocolate cake. We are from Miami so hopefully we will see you soon. (Posted on 2/14/10)
