This is the best coconut cake ever! I first ordered this cake for the boyfriends birthday 3 years ago and we have not been dissapointed. It's flavorful, moist, just melts in your mouth. We have ordered one every year since then. We have to have it so bad that last year he spent his birthday in Chicago and we had to get this cake delivered there and the hostess for the restaurant took the # I order from to get the GM to add this to their dessert menu.

I LOVE! this cake so much! It really is a gorgeous cake and will definitely be my wedding cake! It's perfect for all of our holidays and birthday celebrations. This is one the best old-fashioned cakes I've ever eaten - tastes more "homemade" than most actual homemade cakes. It is rich, moist, and absolutely delicious and the cream cheese frosting adds a dimension that is absent in most coconut layer cakes. When my daughter planned her wedding she insisted this had to be the wedding cake. Now when my family visits from out of town they always fondly remember the wedding cake and ask me to have one on hand. (Posted on 4/29/10)
