We ordered this cake for my sons Valentine Party he had for about 20 guest. It was a huge hit, but, after having one slice, I wanted to put it away for myself. It was so delicious, I will be ordering another one for Easter! (Posted on 3/14/10)

My husband and I had the red velvet for the top layer of our wedding cake. The next day everyone was raving about it. We recently had our one-year anniversary and enjoyed a fresh red-velvet cake (opting out of the traditional 1-year old frozen cake.) It made for such a sweet sharing of our "wedding" cake once more!
