Sent this to my sister-in-law for her birthday and she could not stop thanking me and telling me how amazing and delicious this cake is. She said when it arrived she was delighted with the box and the packaging and could not wait to eat a piece and to her surprise the cake was just as impressive as the packaging. She loved it!! Now I have a new favorite gift option. Most people I know are blessed to have everything they need so when it comes to gift giving time I always have such a hard time trying to find something they don't already have. I am a student at UMiami and my mom has ordered this cake for my birthday every year since I enrolled. It is my favorite cake by far and helps make my birthday special every year. My mother ordered this cake for my birthday while I was at school, and it was amazing. My suite-mate and I ate this cake all by ourselves and have NO regrets. I ordered this cake for my wedding and it was the best wedding cake I've had! It was perfect due to its simplicity and elegance with the coconut flakes. I took flowers from my bouquet and popped them on the top for the wedding topper and it looked great. Not to mention...the cake itself is a great price considering that it's moist and delicious!
