OMG!!!! ok, I live here in Orlando and had never heard of "We Take The Cake". Our sister in law from California, sent us one for our birthdays. I am from a huge family of German and Austrians (so we know our baked goods). I have got to tell you, if you have a need for a awesome chocolate fix, this is the one!!! It is just like the package says...Fresh!! Fresh!! Fresh!!! I usually order stuff from swiss colony every year for the holidays, but I think this year will be much different!! I ordered this cake to celebrate my Son having completed his Freshman year at College. This Cake is absolutely DEE-licious. It's moist and rich and we can't get enough of it. After my first bite I thought "it really tastes homemade". This isn't some cake you purchase at the Supermarket or general bakery. This cake is truly special and we'll be ordering it again soon. My first order was the key lime bundt cake. After reading all the amazing reviews, I was excited to try it for my birthday. Sad to say, I was disappointed because it wasn't as moist as I expected. This was not the case with the triple chocolate chip fudge cake. It was so moist that I could eat it a week later (refrigerated). Definitely the best chocolate cake I've ever had! (Posted on 1/1/10)

We live only a few miles from this amazing place. We Have to have the chocolate chip fudge cake we try to order ahead so we get it fresh, it's so awesome we eat it in one day (me and my husband) Our friends couldn't believe us I cant wait to tell them about your aunt; actually I'm amazed your aunt could eat the whole cake in a day.
I wont tell my husband as he will think of it as a challenge and will want his own cake next time he's only 71.

I have ordered this cake numerous times for my mother-in-law and she opens it and starts eating it the minute it arrives. She's 87 and doesn't have much appetite for food any more but she loves this cake and it's usually gone the next day. (Posted on 8/29/09)

I have ordered this cake over and over. I usually order two or three different kinds at a time, but always include this one. My husband loves chocolate, and he absolutely loves this cake...as well as the rest of the family (if they know I have it!) Fortunately we have a separate freezer, so I can order multiples.
