I reveived this cake as a gift from my sister. The cake was very heavy, red velvets need to be light in texture. The taste of the cake was dull and bland. Also it was a very small cake, I'd almost say sample size. Hope she got it for the on sale price!
I did however like the fact the icing was in a convenient cup and was micorwaveable to pour over the cake this was a nice touch. The packageing was also very nice, I am saving the cake box. I'm having a piece for breakfast with my coffee this morning.
