The Coconut Bundt Cake with Lemon Frosting was even better than we could have imagined! I have purchased the Key Lime Bundt Cake and did not think anything could compare, but we were pleasantly suprised at how delicious and moist the coconut cake is. It would be hard to choose between the two, both are absolutely declicious moist cakes. I added a little fresh lemon juice to the lemon frosting, what a fabulous dessert! I will definitely purchase this again!
