My husband and I had the red velvet for the top layer of our wedding cake. The next day everyone was raving about it. We recently had our one-year anniversary and enjoyed a fresh red-velvet cake (opting out of the traditional 1-year old frozen cake.) It made for such a sweet sharing of our "wedding" cake once more! My husband and I are hooked!
